Today is Sydney's first trip to the dentist. It is also Rachael D's b-day so, happy birthday to you!
It sounds silly, I know, but I really wish I could be there for Sydney's first visit to the dentist. Instead, I'm at work. Some might think it is no big deal, but it is a missed first and I'm sentimental. I wonder how she'll behave. Will she be scared or think it is no big deal?
Speaking of teeth, sorta, Nathan has ANOTHER tooth coming in. This is number five, I believe. He is just a tooth factory. :) Poor little guy. I know this one is bothering him a bit.
So, turkey day is right around the corner. Are you ready? My mom's got it covered so, I just have to show up. :) That is the best. It is always sooo good. I'm looking forward to turkey sandwiches. I cannot wait!
Well, we've got lots going on right now and I'll have to fill you in later, but for now, I've got to run. I hope you have a great day!

Yay for Rach's birthday! I will get to see her next weekend, I am so excited :) With my folks, too!
Happy Thanksgiving, Jess! :)
I know what you mean about not wanting to miss "firsts," but this is one I don't mind missing. My kids have all disliked the dentist...at least at first. I hate seeing them so upset.
We get two meals for Thanksgiving! We're going to my in-laws' house around noon and then to my parents' house around 3 or 4. I'm not so sure we'll eat much the second time around....maybe we'll be able to take some leftovers home. That's the one downside to having Thanksgiving at someone else's house. You have fun!
Good luck to Syd. I have never taken Taylor to the dentist due to work, but I hear she acts like it's nothing. She even asks to go now. I guess that's good.
Enjoy your holiday and I hope Nathan is comfortable soon with all those teeth.
